what we do

Reform and Renovation

Our primary business is remodeling old buildings into comfortable and exciting spaces. We also lend a hand to other house owners and renovation projects around Osaka and Kansai area.

We do contract works for house, apartment, vacation rental and small shop projects. We wish to live in a city which is full of attractive houses and shops, and it stays that way.

By taking worn-down buildings and breathing a new life into them, we hope to open up new possibilities for both the property and the people living there.

Rental Management

Our another business is residential rentals of a number of our remodeled buildings. This includes monthly houses, shared houses, vocational rentals, and co-working office & rental kitchen.
