Reform and Renovation

Our primary business is remodeling old buildings into comfortable, livable spaces. We also lend a hand to other DIYers and renovation projects around the Osaka area.

We accept commissions for Apartments, Condominium, and House projects. Our designs have the everyday person in mind whether it be an established professional or a foreigner looking to get a footing in Japan.

By taking worn-down buildings and breathing a new life into them, we hope to open up new possibilities for both the property and the people living there.

Shared Housing Management

To pursue our core value of “Sharing and Growing Together”, our business also includes rentals of a number of our remodeled buildings. By opening space up for those who need it, our hope is that we can affect the lives of those in our community in a safe and positive way. Rentals for space include housing, office/event space, as well as an English language school.
