THE.Saisei—kikaku’s first project, Green Apartment, is an 11-resident shared house, reformed from a 40 year old fish cake factory. It features a spacious common space on the first floor where residents can cook, eat, and take it easy. Rooms sizes are suited for a variety of lifestyles and fulfill the needs of one’s daily life.
Here, we eat, play, rest and learn together, who are mixture of male, female, young, not-that-young, Japanese and non-Japanese.
